The Loyalty Evolution is the latest in a series of white papers Hawk Incentives has created to
investigate the current consumer sentiment around customer loyalty schemes. How and what carrots should and could you dangle to create stickiness and retention?

In order to understand how your customers are feeling in 2019 about all matters loyalty,
Hawk Incentives commissioned research in April 2019 across 2,500 consumers with our
research partners Vitreous World. Our sample size is nationally representative of the UK population, based on age, gender and region.

What drives brand loyalty? Click the image to see what brand attributes consumers love the most, and in which brand categories.

On the other hand, our research found low value for money (57%), poor customer service (56%) and poor quality of products and services (55%) would would make consumers less loyal to certain brands than others.
